CUE Rescue is now offering CUE Infotainment screen replacements via mail-in service. Are you having erratic touch, unresponsive touch, or spider cracking appearance? Let us get your screen replaced and returned to you in a timely manner. We offer standard and express shipping options on returns. Price options include Standard Ground or Express return shipping to the lower 48 states only. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all Mail-in services. We cannot stress enough how important it is to package the unit securely with bubble wrap and not use packing peanuts. The peanuts shed and can damage the unit during shipment. 1. Schedule your replacement using your preferred warranty choice in the drop-down box. 2. Include a copy of your email confirmation that will be sent to you once you have scheduled the service. 3. We will require a picture of the unit turned on in your vehicle. This can be emailed to us once you have booked the repair. 4. Pack and ship the CUE unit according to the instructions provided above. *** Please only use bubble wrap and never peanuts. We recommend FedEx and please*** insure your package for $1000 as we are not liable for damages or loss of a package caused by the shipping carrier. 5. Your repaired module will be shipped back within 2-5 business days with a new screen installed, using the shipping method and address you provided.
